Since 2002 Joe Cole footballer who plays for Chelsea has been dating Carly Zucker fitness instructor . In 2007 Joe Cole proposed to Zucker at London restaurant The Ivy. Zucker had accepted and Joe Cole gave her a ring £50,000. On June 28, 2008 Joe Cole and Carly Zucker intend to marry at the Royal Hospital, Chelsea. Now they would have to worship there for 6 months after then get special dispensation from the Archbishop to become eligible.
